Crystal Kelly-Newman, Esq. LLB(Hons.), LEC, LLM

Founder & Principal Attorney
Crystal Kelly-Newman is a dynamic and accomplished attorney, and one of the founding partners of RK Law Advocates. Her legal career began in the International Legal Cooperation Unit at the Office of the Attorney-General, Nassau, The Bahamas. She later served as Assistant Crown Counsel, representing the Bahamas government in Magistrate Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. After her time in public service, Crystal moved into private practice in Freeport, where she handled a diverse array of cases, from civil litigation to real estate and estate planning. Determined to deepen her expertise, Crystal earned an LL.M in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic. This advanced knowledge allowed her to found RK Law Advocates, where she is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal counsel with a personal touch. Crystal is a firm believer that to be an effective lawyer, you must also serve and uplift your community.
